This year's Orange County 2025 Four Part Speaker Series will focus on Spousal support from inception to judgment and beyond to post judgment. The series will provide information about what factors could and should be considered in pendente lite spousal support. The series will also help in the preparation of spousal support for trial - including but not limited to experts, discovery, forensics, vocational examinations, etc. Then the focus will turn to spousal support at trial or settlement including such issues as the 4320 factors, domestic violence, marital standard of living and more. And the final program will focus on post judgment modification of spousal support.
