A round table discussion on predicting what courts are doing with tough facts such as a short marriage with several minor children or marriages when recipient spouse will never reach standard of living on their own and retirement is well beyond half the length of the marriage. We will discuss spousal support buyouts, and other hypos/questions from participants. Moderators will present facts, some law, and some arguments, but would love to hear from participants as to what they are seeing the courts actually do.
